Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Non-Executive Director at Fintract Global, you will provide strategic guidance and independent oversight to support the company's goals. Key responsibilities include contributing to the formulation of business strategy, analyzing financial performance, overseeing risk management, and ensuring the company adheres to regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the executive team to offer insights on scaling operations and driving growth while maintaining governance excellence.

Compensation:

40% higher than standard rate additional commision.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking skills, including business strategy formulation, decision-making, and long-term vision.
  • Financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation skills to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Proficiency in governance practices, regulatory compliance, and organizational oversight.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, BaaS, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide constructive guidance and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a board member or Non-Executive Director is advantageous.
  • Availability to participate in hybrid board meetings and strategic planning sessions in the London Area.
  • A commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and promoting sustainable business practices.
