Travel Store Manager – Nantwich

Due to continued expansion and growth, our multi-award-winning Cheshire-based independent travel agency is opening a brand-new store in Nantwich — and we're looking for an experienced, dynamic Travel Store Manager to lead it from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to build a new branch from the ground up, shape its success, and create a destination for exceptional travel experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing the store, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring everything is ready for the busy January peaks.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the shop's performance, lead by example, and inspire your team to deliver first-class, personalised customer service. You'll be commercially driven, focused on achieving sales and growth targets, and committed to delivering unforgettable bespoke holidays for your clients.

What We're Looking For:


• Proven experience managing a travel agency or retail travel team


• In-depth knowledge of bespoke, tailor-made and experiential travel


• Expertise in high-end and luxury travel products is a real advantage


• Strong leadership and motivational skills


• A proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets


• A passion for exceptional service and inspiring others to deliver the same


• A self-starter attitude — ready to take on the exciting challenge of launching a new store
