We are looking to grow our recruitment team, who work across 3 rapidly growing business' within NWF Group We are in the process of redesigning our recruitment department, so it's the ideal time to join if you want to get a better understanding of the strategic decision making behind a successful recruitment department and be involved in the process. We are busy, so it's critical that you are comfortable in a fast paced environment; you need to be organised and willing to soak up all the training like a sponge - this role does require a lot of being on the telephone speaking with candidates and managers so its key that you can communicate at all levels

Day to Day

  • Support with composing and posting adverts via the ATS system
  • Screen both applications and sourced candidates over the phone, assessing suitability against the job description and answering any queries about the role
  • Book interviews into managers diaries in line with availability
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner - both successful and unsuccessful
  • Support offer process by making verbal offers, composing offer letters and working with the HR Shared Service team to process contracts
  • Utilise various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals and events to attract top talent
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates regardless of outcome through timely and professional communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate records across the ATS and excel reports

What will you bring?

  • Highly organised, attentive to detail, and able work in a busy and fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks with differing priority is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on own initiative, and see tasks through to completion
  • Computer literate with the ability to work across/learn multiple systems such as ATS, Outlook, Excel & Job Boards
