Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Senior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering time-sensitive recruitment mandates, partnering closely with Relationship Managers to lead client-facing hiring projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple workstreams with ease, and brings a blend of initiative, creativity, and commercial drive.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes within demanding timelines.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches, maintaining clear oversight, prioritization, and execution discipline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in mandates, representing the firm with professionalism, credibility, and deep market knowledge.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to understand client needs, shape search strategies, and drive processes forward proactively.
- Source, assess, and shortlist top talent using creative and strategic methods.
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches and problem-solve in real time to meet challenging mandates.
- Prepare and present candidate insights, market updates, and search progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure smooth, structured process management, including interview coordination, feedback loops, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, tools, and workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 8+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
- Strong commercial drive with a hunger to succeed, achieve targets, and deliver high-impact results.
- Client-facing confidence with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative sourcing capability and the ability to think independently and troubleshoot challenges quickly.
- Highly organized, efficient, and focused, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional presence, with the ability to represent the firm to senior stakeholders and external clients.
