Landscaping Team Leader

The role will be onsite in customers gardens leading a team, blended with ordering and receiving stock, inventory management, completing vehicle checks and driver paperwork for the team.
In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
Salary - £29,500-£37,000
Contract type - This is a short term contract until July 2026
Location - This role is based at Longstock Park Nursery, SO20 6EH
Key responsibilities
To be responsible for the day to day running of the Landscape teams with the support of the Landscaping Section Manager.
To create with the management team a profitable and efficient section of the business to drive sales, provide excellent customer service and team leadership.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
Practical experience of a landscaping business or similar
Team Leadership 1 year
Good Computer skill and attention to detail
A positive "can-do" attitude
