We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Full Time Restaurant Supervisor. If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a vibrant, expanding team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during shifts.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the management team with staff training and development.
  • Assist with rota planning, shift briefings, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and reporting.
  • Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent coordination.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed.
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach.
  • Friendly, professional manner with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of cash handling and POS systems.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
