Salary: £25, 583 - £25,989

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time; term time only

We require an experienced, patient, positive practitioner to support children with complex needs. You will work as part of our "Blossom Room" team to ensure that children have a positive and productive experience. There may also be times when you work with a child on a 1:1 basis.

Your role will be to facilitate learning based on the individual interests of the child and to support their communication and interaction with others. You will support the child by weaving their individual targets into daily opportunities and small group sessions. Your role will also include ensuring the child is able to fully access the learning environment and the opportunities it presents.
