We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Expeditor to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring timely delivery of materials, components, and documentation to support complex aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of aerospace standards, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expediting & Monitoring.
  • Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor milestones; escalate delays and propose corrective actions.

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain.
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-ups to resolve issues promptly.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and project specifications.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support supplier evaluation programs and assist with payment monitoring.

Experience

  • 2–5 years in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP would be a distinct advantage.
  • Use of MS applications (Excel, Project etc).
  • Understanding of aerospace quality principles (ISO/AS9100).

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and compliance audits.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
