Job Description

Fuelled is seeking experienced insurance professionals to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role focuses on developing new relationships, delivering tailored insurance guidance and ensuring every client receives the high-quality service Fuelled is known for.

This is not a traditional sales environment. Our culture is energetic, supportive and collaborative — more aligned to a modern, tech-enabled service business than a conventional brokerage. We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, curiosity, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial insurance environment
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and understand a range of organisational needs
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to accuracy, fairness and ethical practice

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Provide clear and accurate insurance advice tailored to each organisation
  • Engage in inbound and outbound business development activity (email, digital, warm calls)
  • Manage your pipeline effectively and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Work closely with our wider insurance team to deliver seamless service
  • Attend meetings, events and networking opportunities as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and support our evolving culture
