I have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Accounts Executive to join a friendly insurance firm based in the Worcestershire area. The company have a professional, office space and offer many company benefits. This is a permanent opportunity with massiveprogression opportunities. If you’re looking to further your career in the insurance world, then this is defiantly a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and the benefits are endless.
This is a varied role and will include winning new business and building long term lasting relationships with B2B clients. You will need to have proven experience in insurance and looking after accounts and running your own portfolio of clients you will beexpected to have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking and building a strong presence in the market. You are a consultative, can question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time tofully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions. The Accounts executive will need to provide the following:

- At least 3 years’ experience in the industry (insurance)
- Excellent listening skills
- Great at building client relationship’s
- Must own your own car
- Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them.
- Find leads.
- Close sales.
- Support existing clients.
- Formulate sales strategies.
- Communicate product value to clients.

- Strong communication skills - including both speaking and writing
- The ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively
- A persuasive manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and the drive to pursue targets
- Resilience and the ability to stay calm when under pressure
- The ability to think analytically and solve problems - particularly when thinking about what would be best to offer a client and in what manner to do so.
