TrueNorth are working with a key partner who are hiring into a new Senior Leadership position in the organisation: Head of Platform Engineering and Security reporting to the CIO
The company have been on a transformation journey recently and are now building on the foundations of a new operating model, we're looking for an experienced leader who can define, and drive the vision for the organisation in terms of Platform and Security
Key skills and experience required:
- Extensive leadership experience in platform and infrastructure engineering (the company are predominantly Microsoft focussed: Azure, 365 etc)
- Must have experience of owning Cyber in the organisation, including taking stakeholders on a journey to communicate the evolving threat landscape.
- Experience of running Cyber as part of an tech operation including understanding things like of DORA and Cyber Essentials
- Defining, designing and delivering on technology roadmaps from inception to completion
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management
- Track record of delivering successful digital transformation
The role is paying up to £110k based on experience, plus a bonus and an impressive benefits package.
You need to be based within a commutable distance of the Newcastle City Centre office and must be able to work hybrid 2-3 days per week as the role demands.
