An established and growing global investment manager is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Investor Services & Reporting team within the Real Estate business. This role will play a key part in supporting the firm's European funds platform, delivering accurate investor reporting, managing investor communications, and working closely with internal teams across finance, operations, and investment.

The position offers strong exposure to fund operations and investor relations in a collaborative and high-performing environment, with significant scope for growth as the platform continues to expand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and delivery of quarterly investor reports across multiple European funds.
  • Gather and validate financial and performance data from internal teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all investor materials.
  • Assist with the production of post-reporting deliverables, including KPIs and fund performance templates.
  • Manage the Investor Services inbox, responding to investor queries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Coordinate with finance, fund administration, and investment teams to provide accurate and consistent information to investors.
  • Support ad-hoc investor requests and ensure reporting obligations are met across all fund structures.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the harmonisation of investor services across the firm's European platform.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in investor services, fund reporting, accounting, FP&A, or a related role within private markets.
  • Strong understanding of fund financials and performance reporting.
  • Prior experience within private equity, infrastructure, or real estate funds preferred, though not essential.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, capable of liaising with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with investor portals or Salesforce advantageous.
  • Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
