If you feel that you can contribute and make us better, we promise you that we are always open to ideas and innovation. After all, it is the culture of innovation that has made DOF one of the most exciting places to work. Join us as our new Offshore Payroll Specialist
DOF is looking for a Marine Offshore Payroll Specialist with a strong ability to navigate in a changing environment whilst maintaining high quality service delivery. We are looking for a colleague to support full-cycle payroll administration in a marine environment, which also requires keeping yourself updated on legislation and being able to implement the same in your day-to-day work tasks. You will report to the Senior Offshore Payroll Specialist.
As Offshore Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for running the monthly input for the International marine payroll run end to end, including working together with all our stakeholders to ensure a correct payroll.
It is expected that you can either apply previous knowledge of payroll runs to your daily work or will be a fast learner. The area is fast-changing, and we are currently providing payroll in different areas of the world for approx. 600 seafarers.
You will also be assisting the team with manual input as well as controlling the correctness of the actual payroll run and subsequent data reporting to various taxation partners worldwide.
Daily, we expect you to be able to navigate many tasks with multiple stakeholders whilst still being able to keep the processes flowing.
Join us for the opportunity to work in a truly international environment in the dynamic and ever-changing offshore shipping industry. Navigating payroll in this complex environment can be a challenge, but also an area which brings high value to our seafarers.
When joining DOF, you work in a culturally diverse environment, where new ideas and different ways of doing things are welcome. We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength.
You will work as part of a small team. However, you will be part of and closely interact with other teams both locally and globally in the DOF Group, as well as stakeholders around the world.
Business travel particularly Norway or Denmark may occur on occasion.
