It's an exciting time to join Taff. We are an ambitious organisation, focused on doing all we can to meet the housing and support needs of our communities.

From our first homes in Ethel Street, Canton our ethos has been to develop places with people, not profit in mind. 50 years on, we now own and manage almost 1,600 homes across Cardiff, giving over 4,000 people somewhere to call home. We also provide support services to over 1,000 people across South East Wales.

We are embracing digital technology and artificial intelligence to modernise how we deliver services, creating a workplace where people feel valued and recognised, and strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice.

As CEO, you will inherit a fantastic team of colleagues, an engaged Board, and a high-performing senior leadership team. Together, you will embed our values of trust, ambition, learning, and kindness in all that we do.

We are looking for a leader who can help us continue to improve our customer experience, ensure we remain focused on investing in our homes, and strengthen our role in building thriving communities.

We don't expect you to have had experience leading all the functions under this role's remit – energy, ambition, being purpose-led, and having a 'can do' approach are just as important as your professional skills. This job is not about managing 'as is' but about leading and inspiring people to think and do differently.
