Your Role

You'll work with
existing clients
, understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a
consultative, relationship-based sales role
focused on
cross-selling
and upselling value-driven solutions not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs
  • Recommend relevant services through effective
    cross-selling
    and upselling
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support

What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in objection handling and consultative selling
  • A resilient, client-focused, and target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM and digital tools
