Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Wilmslow for a New Car Sales Executive. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to final delivery. The role requires collaboration with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, sales processes, and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within a team environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles is preferred
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Valid UK driver's license is essential
