London Area, United Kingdom TSKR - AI Project Manager Full time

Don't Apply If...

You lack conviction.

You must have strong opinions about what makes products exceptional. If you can't articulate why something feels right or wrong, don't apply.

You think design is decoration.

Design is the product. Experience is the product. If you think your job is to "make things pretty" after they're built, don't apply.

You can't build.

You should be able to ship production-quality interfaces yourself. We're not looking for someone who hands off Figma files. If you need engineers to implement your vision, don't apply.

You don't obsess over details.

The thousand tiny decisions that make something feel inevitable versus arbitrary, that's your domain. If "good enough" is in your vocabulary, don't apply.

You're sending a portfolio of mockups.

Don't send static designs. We don't really care about your Dribbble. Show us a live product you've designed and built. Something people actually use. Preferably in an impressive, low-effort, easy-to-consume format. If this sounds like too much effort, don't apply.

You wait for user research.

You should have intuition about what people need before they tell you. Research informs, but taste leads. If you need permission to have a point of view, don't apply.

You're not opinionated about the entire experience.

From the landing page to the onboarding flow to the error messages to the email copy, it's all product. If you think your job stops at the UI, don't apply.

You can't hustle.

This is an early stage startup. Your application is unlikely to be reviewed. Those that think outside the box will increase their probability of being considered. Embrace discomfort. If you can't hustle, don't apply.

You're anxious about building in public.

We're building in public. You'll be sharing work in progress, getting feedback, iterating openly. If the thought of showing unfinished work makes you uncomfortable, don't apply.

You need a spec.

You should be able to look at a problem and know what the solution should be. Not what it could be, what it should be. If you need someone to tell you what to build, don't apply.

You can't articulate why.

Taste without rationale is just preference. You should be able to explain why one solution is better than another. Why this button goes here. Why this flow works. If you design by feel alone, don't apply.

You think AI makes design easy.

AI tools are accelerating implementation, which makes vision more valuable, not less. The bottleneck is knowing what to build, not building it. If you think tools are a substitute for taste, don't apply.

Pace scares you.

Speed is our friend. When we can't go faster, we simplify and remove. We optimize for velocity without compromising quality. If pace is scary, don't apply.

You can't work Irish hours.

We're remote first and location agnostic. But be prepared to be available during Irish working hours.

You're "normal."

Diversity matters. We embrace different in all senses of the word. So if you would describe yourself as normal, don't apply.

You take yourself too seriously.

At TSKR, we enjoy the craic (Irish word for fun). If you are boring, don't apply.

Still Here?

Good. Because here's what we actually mean by all of the above.

We're looking for someone who understands that in 2026, the constraint isn't "can we build it", it's "do we know what to build." Someone who thinks about products the way Brian Chesky thinks about Airbnb: every detail is a trust signal, every interaction is a statement of intent, every pixel is a decision about what we believe.

The best founders think like designers. We need a designer who thinks like a founder.

You'll be responsible for the entire user experience. You'll design it, build it and ship it. You'll make decisions that shape what TSKR becomes.

This isn't a design role in the traditional sense. It's a founding role that happens to require exceptional design sensibility, technical ability and product vision.

A Note on Inclusion

The tone is bold by design, to filter for mindset, not identity.

We know tech has a diversity problem. This post is meant to attract serious builders from all backgrounds who care about craft.

If you're passionate about building and have something to show, even if you're unsure you "fit," apply. Confidence isn't the same as competence.

How to Apply

Show us what you've built. Not your portfolio. Not your Figma files. Not your Dribbble.

Show us a live product.

Something you designed and built. Something people actually use. Something that demonstrates taste, hustle and capability. In whatever format makes it impressive and easy to consume.

It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't have to serve thousands of users. It just has to show us how you think, what you care about and what you're capable of shipping.

How you do this is up to you.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
