Techcare Digital is an innovative video production and digital solutions company. Video is a pivotal part of our agency offering, and we are looking to evolve how we support both new and existing clients with impactful, strategic content.

We're looking for a talented and ambitious videographer who is not only skilled behind the camera and in the edit suite, but also capable of coordinating and developing a wider network of subcontractor videographers. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll be producing high-impact video content for businesses across a wide range of sectors.

Alongside creating your own content, you'll help shape workflows, oversee subcontractors, and ensure a consistent standard of quality across all projects.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety - one day you'll be storyboarding and filming, the next you might be editing a client case study, briefing a subcontractor, or helping to plan a multi-location shoot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, client case studies, and promotional projects.
  • Lead on creative direction for shoots and guide clients through the process from concept to final delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee a growing network of subcontractor videographers, ensuring brand consistency, technical quality, and timely delivery.
  • Manage smaller productions independently while collaborating on larger-scale projects with the wider team.
  • Handle post-production including colour grading, audio balancing, motion graphics, and storytelling edits.
  • Maintain and manage production workflows, kit, and file management standards.
  • Support broader creative campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in video production and editing, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Confident operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong creative instincts for visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors or a desire to step into a leadership role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a subscription or agency-style environment with multiple clients.
  • Interest in developing workflows, systems, and processes to streamline production.
