Your key responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team, working alongside renowned chefs Adam Byatt and Ross Sneddon. You'll play a key role in crafting exquisite desserts and pastries that elevate our guest experience.

In this senior position, you'll support the leadership of the pastry section, mentor junior team members, and ensure the highest standards of creativity, quality, and consistency in every dish.
