As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be a punctual and reliable person and your appearance and personal hygiene standards will be impeccable. Ideally you would have held the position of Pastry Chef de Partie at a well respected London restaurant or hoteland been keen to progress quickly through the ranks.

You must have a positive can-do attitude and be ambitious to climb the ranks within the brigade.

As well as a salary of between £36,400 -£39,000 per annum (based on full time, including a share of the service charge)
