What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a specialist desk with live roles from day one
  • Building relationships with clients across the insurance and financial services ecosystem
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and placing top talent in technical and niche roles
  • Developing your reputation as a knowledgeable, consultative market expert
  • Working closely with a supportive leadership team that knows how to scale success
