Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.

Due to consideration growth and demand in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Delivery Partner to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Interviewing & placing candidates into senior level positions
  • Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing candidates, ensuring you fully understand their career needs.
  • Follow the company sales process, completing necessary documentation when progressing opportunities, ensuring all company systems are kept up to date.
  • Achieving and exceeding your KPIs and sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of Lutine Bell

What we are looking for:

  • A confident, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who has the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment
  • 5 years+ agency recruitment experience, experience in the cited sectors is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, you will be comfortable with presenting high-level solutions to C level candidates over the phone, video conferencing or in person.
  • Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, telephone and in writing.
  • A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success and supports other members of the team and the business when required.
