Associate Leadership Coach and Facilitator

Our vision within the Institute of Education is to contribute to a system of leadership development for educators that connects them with their purpose, agency and influence so that every educator is a leader, shaping the system to meet the needs of the time.
Through leadership development and coaching, the School Effectiveness team supports leaders at all levels of the education system to develop the capabilities they need to lead change, collaborate and develop others so, together, we can support young people to succeed and contribute to more equitable and sustainable communities.

Due to increased demand we are seeking to expand our pool of Associate Leadership Coaches and Facilitators and are looking for education leaders who are experienced and qualified in coaching, group facilitation and mentoring.

Please note that if not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through our subsidiary company Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Worcester. Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
NB. If you are successful at interview, you will be invited to join a pool of sessional lecturers, and we will contact you if suitable work becomes available. We are not able to guarantee employment as it will be subject to student numbers. The number of hours available might only be a few hours per week.
Please note that this post does not meet the minimum salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post who will require sponsorship to work in the UK.
