We're on the hunt for a Chef Manager who lives and breathes flavour, thrives under pressure, and knows how to whip up magic, whether it's a hearty breakfast or vibrant lunch that leave a lasting impression. With a fantastic Monday - Friday schedule and a supportive crew (3 catering assistants), this role is perfect for someone who's ready to lead from the front without sacrificing their evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Cooking Up

  • Fresh, Flavour-Packed Menus – Plan and deliver dishes that excite the palate and keep customers coming back for more.
  • Smart Stocking & Cost Control – Keep your kitchen running smoothly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
  • Customer Delight – Build strong relationships with our clients and guests—turning every mealtime into a memorable experience.
  • Safety & Standards – Keep your kitchen pristine and your team working safely with full compliance to all food safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager, ideally in contract catering or a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A genuine passion for food, service, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Great communication and leadership skills—you inspire others with your energy.
  • A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage client relationships.
  • Confidence with budgets, stock control, and cost management.
