Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, overseeing reservations, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and events to guests.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that the front of house area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Supervise our clientele on activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
