General Manager – Red Lion Beefeater, Portsmouth

Salary: £42,000 – £47,500 + up to 50% bonus
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager

What we're looking for:

Proven experience at General Manager level in a high-volume, guest-facing environment—ideally branded.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and managing P&L.A natural leader who can recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences every time.Ability to champion brand standards and maintain top health & safety compliance.
