Receptionist

Location: 100 Leman Street, Aldgate, E1 8EU

Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 Hours per week between 8:30am - 17:30pm)

We are seeking a customer orientated individual to undertake the role of Receptionist, taking lead in front of house and facilities responsibilities, including:

  • Meet and greet all visitors on arrival ensuring that Exponential-e staff are notified promptly of their arrival
  • Answering and directing all calls to the reception desk
  • Manage the scheduling of the Exponential-e meeting rooms
  • Make refreshments for visitors and ensure catering is ordered for meetings
  • Booking and cost reconciliation of all travel

What you'll need to succeed

  • "Can do" attitude towards carrying out a range of tasks, often requested at short notice
  • Good IT skills including a working knowledge of MS Office
  • Well presented, someone who presents a positive appearance of the company at all times
  • Good organizational skills with an ability to seek upward feedback if unclear
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent timekeeping
