Qualifications

  • Experience with receptionist duties and managing booking and reservations systems
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective verbal and written communication
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
