My client is a creative, global, integrated
sports and entertainment agency. They hire outstanding talent and looking to
hire their next big 'gamer' changer…

They create change
for brands by connecting them to audiences through the things people love and
through amazing experiences whether that's sport, culture, lifestyle or
entertainment channels.

Gaming
has been a key part of their offering for the past few years but now they are
looking to step it up a notch and invest. So they are looking for a Head of
Gaming and Esports to join to help build and grow their offer externally, by
bringing an endemic level of expertise of the gaming and esports industries,
and equally importantly a network of contacts that will unlock new business
opportunities.

The
person in this role will have responsibility for setting up and building a
department through organic growth and you will be experienced in working either
in the gaming industry in a commercial marketing role or marketing agency side
specialising in gaming partnerships. You will also have a black book of
prospective clients to bring into the agency and a network of potential
collaborators Ideally you will have both (traditional) gaming AND esports
experience and knowledge. You will also be a mid-core/ hardcore gamer their clients
hire us to bring them the fan knowledge that often they don't have.
