Rotherham S AA, United Kingdom Puzzled Training Full time £14,000 - £28,800 per year

At Puzzled Education, we believe that great Early Years practitioners build the foundations for lifelong learning. Based in South Yorkshire, we are a specialist Early Years training provider offering a range of diplomas, apprenticeships, and professional qualifications designed to develop confident, capable, and knowledgeable Early Years educators.

Our mission is simple — to deliver high-quality training with a difference. We empower learners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in Early Years settings. Our passionate team of tutors and assessors bring real-world experience from across the sector, many having worked as nursery managers and holding advanced qualifications in Early Years education.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Early Years Tutor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support and guide learners through their qualifications, delivering engaging, practical, and inclusive training sessions that bring Early Years theory to life. The weekly hours are 25 hours per work. Monday to Friday, 5pm - 8pm teaching, with the rest of the hours prepping and marking the learners work.

You will:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching sessions (face-to-face and/or online).
  • Support learners to achieve their Early Years qualifications and progress in their careers.
  • Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and motivation throughout their learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with awarding body standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching materials and approaches.

You will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, confident presentation style
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative, positive, learner-centred approach
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and engaging with senior stakeholders

We're looking for someone passionate about Early Years education and committed to helping others succeed. You will ideally have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
  • Experience working in Early Years settings (e.g. nursery, preschool).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting and developing others.

Experience delivering or assessing Early Years qualifications (such as apprenticeships or diplomas) would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
