Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations within the department. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Support payroll processing by collaborating with accounting teams using software such as QuickBooks and PeopleSoft.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks related to HR functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits administration and performance management processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Sage, Workday and PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
