A secondary school in Yeovil is looking for a Cover Supervisor to start immediately. Pay rate is pay to scale, experience and subject specialism.  

You will be supervising lessons across different subjects, keeping pupils on track, and ensuring behaviour is managed. Planning and marking are not part of the role, but confidence and consistency are.

It's a role that suits confident, reliable people who enjoy working with teenagers. No two days are the same, one day you'll be covering science, the next PE, then English. The skill is in building quick rapport with pupils, setting boundaries, and showing authority without being heavy-handed.
