We're searching for a
New Business Development Lead,
to lead on business development strategy and revenue growth across our
Digital Commerce
business unit. This is a high-impact role combining
strategic leadership
with hands-on deal-making.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    enterprise sales strategy
    and
    pipeline management
    across multiple regions
  • Set and deliver
    global revenue targets
    in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Identify and close
    high-value e-commerce opportunities
    with enterprise clients
  • Enable regional sales teams with tools, insights, and best practices for
    sales excellence
  • Conduct
    SWOT
    and
    7C
    analyses to uncover growth opportunities
  • Present compelling value propositions to C-suite stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Commensurate years' experience in
    business development,
    commercial leadership
    and
    sales strategy
  • Strong background in
    digital commerce
    ,
    e-commerce
    ,
    direct to consumer, social commerce, marketplaces
    or
    B2B professional services
  • Proven ability to close
    complex, high-value deals
  • Strong
    negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • CRM and
    sales analytics
    expertise
  • Bonus points: experience with Marketplace, D2C and B2B platforms
