The Greenbank Hotel is searching for a Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor; They will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Greenbank Hotel, you will be a key member of the team, helping to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking applicants who pride themselves on attention to detail, with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

Please note: This is a weekend position, but you will be required to cover sickness and annual leave when appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimise staff productivity while meeting guest expectations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.

Key Skills

  • Housekeeping experience necessary
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Communicate effectively with the team and guests, including listening to instructions
  • Passion for guest service, ensuring no request is ignored

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.90 per hour
