We're excited to be supporting a leading, high-growth Alternative Legal Services Provider in their search for an exceptional Client Solutions Manager.

This role is central to driving commercial success across the European market. Blending strategic business development with hands-on account management, the position will focus on generating long-term revenue growth, nurturing senior stakeholder relationships and strengthening the organisation's market position within the alternative legal services space.

Our client is seeking a credible, commercially minded B2B sales professional who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys building relationships with senior leaders across major blue-chip companies. Responsibilities;

  • Build, manage and advance a targeted sales pipeline through insightful research and proactive outreach
  • Create and convert new business opportunities, maximising the value of meetings with senior legal and commercial stakeholders
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships through clear, client-focused communication
  • Work closely with clients to identify challenges and design tailored resourcing and service solutions
  • Lead creative, strategic approaches to pitches and formal tenders
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver commercially sound and successful outcomes
  • Take ownership in navigating commercial decisions, addressing challenges and supporting revenue generation
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the organisation's services and value proposition

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least 5 years' commercial experience in consultative professional services sales
  • Knowledge of the legal sector, or the motivation to immerse yourself quickly
  • A proven track record of building and managing a successful sales pipeline
  • The ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Legal and General Counsel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design tailored client solutions
  • High-impact presentation, pitching and communication abilities
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to positively influence teams
