About the Role
- The role will include the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings.
- You will also be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation.
- You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems.
- The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.
About You
- Experience of working within busy administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with word and Excel
- Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure
- Attention to detail and desire to ensure accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and without close supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels
- Previous experience of higher education
