Join our dynamic team as an Indirect Tax Manager, where you'll lead the delivery of all indirect tax and customs compliance across Britvic's operations in the UK, Ireland, and The Netherlands. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive process improvements, provide expert tax advice, and support business growth while managing a team of tax professionals. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring tax compliance while identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization.

• Lead the production and technical review of all indirect tax returns including VAT, Soft Drinks Industry Levy (SDIL), Plastic Packaging Tax, Intrastat, and EC Sales Lists across multiple jurisdictions
• Forecast and manage cash flow related to indirect tax liabilities, supporting financial planning across the business
• Provide expert guidance and training on indirect tax matters to finance teams and wider business stakeholders
• Champion process improvements and control enhancements across all indirect tax workflows
• Oversee customs compliance, including review of commodity codes and related data
• Support the Head of Indirect Tax on key projects and advisory work
• Lead and develop a team of three Indirect Tax Analysts, managing their performance and professional growth
• Prepare supporting materials for external audits and manage relationships with tax authorities

• Professional qualification in taxation (ATT, CTA or equivalent)
• Strong technical understanding of indirect taxes across multiple jurisdictions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for interpreting complex tax regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-finance colleagues
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with experience influencing stakeholders across various business functions
