Our Summer Intern Programme
Join Mercer's Global Investments for an eight-week paid summer internship tailored for penultimate-year students eager to accelerate their careers. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience working on real client projects across both traditional and alternative asset classes.

Throughout the programme, you will tackle challenging exercises, build practical skills, and connect with industry-leading specialists who will support and guide your career development. If you are motivated to embrace new challenges, expand your skill set, and thrive within a dynamic and inclusive team, this internship is the perfect fit.

Mercer's Investments business provides bespoke investment tools, advice, and delegated solutions to pension scheme trustees and other asset owners, including endowments, foundations, and insurers.
