East Midland Pharma - Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

East Midland Pharma Ltd (EM Pharma) is a leading UK manufacturer of eye and ear care products, supplying the NHS and international markets. We are seeking an experienced **Pharmaceutical Sales Representative** to join our growing UK team, focusing on ophthalmology and GP practices across the North East region.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and manage relationships with GP practices, PCNs, and ophthalmology departments.


• Promote the VIZhyal and VIZcellose range of eye drops, highlighting NHS cost savings and patient benefits.


• Engage with prescribing decision-makers, medicines optimisation teams, and ICBs to secure formulary inclusions and product switches.


• Deliver effective product presentations, training sessions, and follow-ups with healthcare professionals.


• Achieve regional sales targets and provide regular market feedback to the Head of Sales and Business Development.


• Attend regional and national healthcare exhibitions to represent EM Pharma.

Requirements:


• Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales (ophthalmology or primary care preferred).


• Strong understanding of the NHS structure and medicines optimisation process.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.


• Full UK driving licence.
