THE ROLE
As a Process instrumentation Technical Lead, your role will be to monitor our main equipment suppliers Handovers on the scope of process instrumentation.
You will be in charge of the following activities:
- Ensure the technical clarification and resolution of supplier and client technical queries.
- Ensure the technical management of the supplier and support to the contract engineering lead in their contractual relationship with the client during design, procurement and delivery phase regarding the specifications and requisitions.
- Follow up all equipment manufacturing and delivery to site.
- Review supplier technical documents and annual surveillance report.
- Manage risks, opportunities, open Points, UK Design Changes and Exemptions requests generated by our supplier.
- Manage contract transfer sheets that informs the clients about contract modification via dedicated tools.
- Manage interfaces with disciplines involved in the process instrumentation.
- Manage the design and operation of the systems during the design, construction and commissioning phases, in accordance with safety requirements, regulatory requirements and design rules.
- Ensure the proper integration of detailed mechanical diagrams, functional diagrams, 3D model in the associated tools.
- Receive modification requests issued by various engineering teams, verify the coherence of these modifications, systematically challenge their necessity.
During the first months, you can count on the KURY Team to assist you all along your projects. This experience will give you the opportunity to move on to other projects in the medium term: you will tackle varied but complementary projects, studies and technical topics. Your understanding of the technical and environmental challenges will allow you to take on complex and critical transversal studies.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations and the technical reference system (NFC15-100 / NF C / BS7671 / IEC
- Knowledge or relevant experience in the nuclear industry.
- Knowledge of the processes involved in industrial projects in the energy field.
- Experience in an EPR project, operating plant or on an industrial site.
- Experience in Technical documents reviews.
- Experience in instrumentation equipment design, procurement, testing or installation.
- Ability to learn, prioritise and manage numerous tasks.
- French-speaking would be an advantage.
