All About The Role
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll support the partner from start to finish to build integrations with JET's APIs that drive growth and efficiency. Working with internal teams and external partners, you'll define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of integration projects.

You'll need strong experience with APIs, solid project management skills, and the ability to coordinate technical discussions. The ideal candidate is technically hands-on, a clear communicator, and has a proven track record of delivering complex integrations in fast-paced environments. You'll also play a key role in making us work smarter. We're looking for you to proactively identify and drive process improvements, harnessing cutting-edge technology like AI to unlock new levels of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities In This Role

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead complex integration projects from initiation to completion, overseeing planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and testing to ensure successful delivery.
• Integration Scoping & Planning: Collaborate with third-party providers and cross-functional internal teams to define integration requirements, technical specifications, and project scope. Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Technical Leadership & Coordination: Act as the primary technical contact for external partners, offering guidance throughout the integration lifecycle. Work closely with internal development teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure transparency on project status, risks, and changes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project-related risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to timelines and partner experience.
• Ongoing Support & Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with partners and internal teams. Provide ongoing technical support post-integration, troubleshooting production issues and ensuring long-term operational success.

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:*

• Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a tech or integration-driven environment, with a strong track record in API projects.
• API Expertise: Practical experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication (e.g., OAuth). Skilled in using Postman for API testing and debugging.
• Project Management: Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects using structured methods. Confident handling multiple priorities in agile environments.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive in resolving issues and managing delivery risks.
• Collaboration & Results: Strong team player focused on delivering quality outcomes and successful, long-term integrations.
