We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our IT & Security Strategic Programs team. This role will lead cross-functional programs focused on corporate engineering, IT service management (ITSM), security initiatives, internal applications, and enterprise systems.

This is a hands-on, self-starter role. You should be someone who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies what needs to be done, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves to drive clarity and execution. You will not only deliver high-impact projects but also help shape how our team delivers programs at scale.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly collaborative, and deeply experienced in agile project and program management.

What You'll Do:

Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across internal Tech teams (e.g. IT, Security, Corporate Engineering, and Internal Systems).
  • Drive scoping, planning, execution, and delivery using Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Build and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, backlogs, RAID logs, communication plans, and delivery dashboards.
  • Proactively identify gaps or blockers and take initiative to close them, even when outside traditional PM scope.
  • Partner with technical leads and architects to understand system requirements, constraints, and integration needs.
  • Ensure successful adoption of new systems, technologies, and processes across the organization.

Team Enablement & Internal Capability Building

  • Help define and maintain delivery frameworks, standards, templates, and documentation that support consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Contribute to the creation and tracking of delivery KPIs, metrics, and reporting practices.
  • Develop repeatable processes that improve efficiency across programs and enable the team to scale.
  • Play a key role in shaping the IT & Security Strategic Programs team's own operating model and long-term strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate clear communication between engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Translate technical discussions into clear action plans, statuses, and business-level impacts.
  • Influence and align stakeholders at multiple levels, driving consensus and removing blockers.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience managing and delivering technical projects that drive large scale transformation within an organisation.
  • Experience leading technical teams such as IT, Business Systems, Software Engineering, as well as non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver using Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • A self-starter mindset with a willingness to operate hands-on, take initiative, and acts with a sense of urgency to get the job done.
  • Considers and cares about the impact of change on internal customers (e.g. employees) and carefully manages change to minimise friction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to successfully navigate conflict.
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Product management experience is a plus.
