About the role:

Deployment Operations means versatility, adaptation, and clear decision making in real time. Extensions, removals, relocations and upgrades is a growing part of the Deployment Team. We are looking for someone to have day to day responsibility of sites as they run through each pipeline, ensuring that deployments run smoothly and to budget.

What you'll be doing:

· Responsible for the execution of day to day tasks in the extensions, removals, relocations and upgrades pipelines;

· Be a direct liaison between landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders to minimise aborted ERU installations;

· Be the first point of contact for any urgent removals or repairs to locker sites;

· Keeping data in CRM clean and up to date to ensure reporting and analysis is correct;

· Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Network Health, Partnerships, logistics and Technical Manager to manage sites;

· Continuously work to improve our systems and processes to become 'network experts' for our landlords and contractors.

· Highly organised multitasker who can consistently provide high quality work in our fast paced, highly pressurised environment;

· Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and at all levels externally and internally.

· Focus on customer service, ensure deployments meet business and user requirements.

· Highly self-motivated, great teammate, accountable, and passionate about business environment and exceeding goals.

· Works to individual and team targets.
