This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. This is an exciting time to join the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership as we embark on a new journey developing community rehabilitation services, including our bed-based rehabilitation services within our community hospitals. We are looking for an experienced occupational therapy team lead to join our friendly, hardworking and dynamic intermediate care multi-disciplinary team.

Our bed-based intermediate care services are based in Ellens Glen Community Hospital and Finaly House Community Hospital. As Occupational Therapy team lead you will work closely with the Senior Charge Nurses and Physiotherapy team leads and medical team to ensure the service delivers high quality Complex Geriatric Assessment, rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.

You will join a support a professional working environment where multidisciplinary team working is at the centre of our practice and where the contributions of all team members are respected and valued.
