Brunch Chef

The role:

We are seeking a talented, passionate and experienced Brunch Chef.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a diverse menu, while ensuring the highest food quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients,
• oversee food preparation and cooking procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations,
• manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness,
• monitor food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary,
• maintain all kitchen equipment and ensure hygiene standards are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• proven experience as a Chef in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant setting,
• strong culinary skills with a passion for creating flavourful and visually appealing dishes,
• knowledge of food safety standards and regulations,
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively,
• flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Schedule:

• 3 -4 days per week (Monday - Sunday)

• Weekend availability

This position requires a commitment of 3 to 5 set working days per week (including weekend), with the option for additional overtime. The expected working hours are from 7 am to 3pm.

You would be primarily based in our Stroud branch but would also be required to do some shifts in our Cheltenham Branch when needed.

Pay: From £12.75 per hour.
