About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced and GOC-registered Contact Lens Optician for a well-established optical group in Wimborne. This role offers the chance to provide tailored contact lens solutions while working within a supportive, professional, and patient-focused team. You'll be empowered with the latest products, strong clinical support, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality care and excellent aftercare for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Recommend, fit, and manage a wide range of contact lenses and solutions
  • Maintain high clinical and technical standards across all aspects of aftercare
  • Participate in ongoing CET to keep skills and knowledge up to date
  • Build long-term customer relationships through personalised care
  • Provide support across multiple branches when required

  • Fully qualified and GOC-registered Contact Lens Optician
  • Strong clinical knowledge of contact lens fitting and aftercare
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Flexible, professional, and confident working within different branch environments
