What You'll Be Doing
- Leading from the front to maximise sales, profitability and service standards
- Coaching and developing a talented team of Negotiators and Valuers
- Driving market presence through effective canvassing, valuation excellence and exceptional client care
- Managing branch performance, budgets and KPIs
- Building strong relationships with sellers, buyers and the local community
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in Estate Agency at Senior Manager/Branch Manager level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
- A positive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in valuations, sales progression and negotiation
