Benefits Bespoke package dependant on experience Uncapped commission scheme A company car, or a monthly car allowance Career progression opportunities Our new company‑wide Elevate incentive program Employee Assistance Programme Main Responsibilities Driving growth and market share at all times Delivering a service that creates ‘Raving Fans’ Overseeing and participating in all aspects of the sales process Promoting the office within the local community Supporting and promoting the maximisation of referrals across businesses Measuring results and reporting on KPIs and budget performance, driving sales to maximise market share Building, managing and leading an effective branch team Influencing results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan Analyzing and problem solving issues with team and senior managers to drive deal value, market share and results Creating a positive and proactive working environment within the branch Representing and promoting the company’s core beliefs Being open, honest and acting with integrity at all times Ensuring Health & Safety of all colleagues and reporting in compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures Essential Skills Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer or higher position Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to work under own initiative Good telephone manner Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages) Attention to detail Additional Requirements Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (as per Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) Evidence of right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate) Proof of address, National Insurance, and Driver’s Licence check Armed Forces Covenant Spicerhaart is a forces‑friendly company offering many Estate Agency roles to those considering leaving the forces.
