Digital Content Coordinator

As Mytr's Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital presence across social media and the web for our clients. Working directly with the Account Management team, and receiving briefs from teams across the business, you'll be responsible for writing compelling copy, managing social calendars, updating websites, and ensuring our digital output is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

This role suits someone highly creative, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll bring strong copywriting skills, an understanding of social media management and scheduling (we use HubSpot), and working knowledge of WordPress. Agency experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

● Write, edit and proofread social media copy for Mytr clients, including the WFG Group brands: Modus, Ambit, Two, Platfform and WFG

● Manage and maintain the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent posting cadence

● Schedule content using HubSpot

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content requirements are met and deadlines achieved

● Monitor and analyse social performance to recommend improvements

Web & Digital

● Write and edit website copy, ensuring clarity, brand alignment and SEO best practice

● Work alongside account managers to produce case studies and articles for WFG companies.

● Upload and update website pages using WordPress

● Support ongoing website improvements by collaborating with Account Managers, Directors and internal specialists

● Conduct periodic content audits to ensure accuracy, relevance and quality

● Monitor website analytics to help refine digital strategies

Copywriting

● Write copy for digital campaigns, landing pages, email content, award entries and other marketing collateral

● Assist in gathering content from team members across the business to create compelling case studies for the WFG brands.

● Ensure consistency of tone, message and brand across platforms

Collaboration & Workflow

● Work under the direction of the Senior Account Manager, taking briefs from various members of the company

● Organise and manage content workflows using

● Support cross-functional teams in executing digital and social initiatives

Skills & Experience

● Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility

● Experience managing social media channels for brands, ideally within an agency

● Working knowledge of HubSpot for social scheduling

● Confident using WordPress to upload and update web content

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

● Strong eye for detail, creativity and brand storytelling

● Ability to interpret analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly

● Excellent communication and organisational skills
