Sitting at the intersection of clinical care, digital experience, and behaviour change, we're looking for a passionate Medical Lead (Doctor) to join the founding team to design, prototype, and deliver an innovative diagnostics offering to our UK patientsWhat You'll DoDeliver exceptional care. Conduct consultations to interpret diagnostic results and provide personalised advice, putting patients at the centre of their care.Support diagnostics design. Collaborate closely with our Clinical & Product teams to co-create our diagnostics - which biomarkers we track, the insights we derive from them, what we communicate to patients, and most importantly - the interventions that patients should adopt as a resultChampion patient experience. Be the voice of the patient, sharing insights, spotting opportunities, and helping us continuously refine the diagnostics journey.Help us scale. As we grow, you'll play a key role in onboarding, mentoring, and shaping a world-class clinical team.About YouSkills & ExperienceQualified doctor. PGY4+ and full General Registration with the General Medical Council (this is a must)Medical expertise. Experience in any of the following areas:General Practice TrainingGeneral Medical Terms/Rotations (General Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology)Emergency MedicineHDU, ICU or Critical CareSurgical termsInsured. Valid medical indemnity insurance.Adept with technology. Skilled at using technology to deliver care and communicate with patientsClinical comfort. You can make timely and accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise; stressful situations don't phase youCommunications.
